European Week of Sport is getting Europe to #BeActive . ENGSO Youth is contributing by Activating European Youth.

Our EWoS 2017 is                         sensitized!

Together with our partners, we have prepared #BeActive Recipes - where YOUth around Europe are sharing their tricks&tips on how you can be active anywhere and anyhow. 

ENGSO Youth have approached our Young Delegates Network, our members, Young Leaders of European Athletics, Special Olympics, European Youth Forum, International School Sport Federation, EUSA and many others, inviting them to join #BeActive movement by:

  1. thinking about activity they (would) like to do - in the park, water, in the office-breaks, on your way to the university or job, with your palls or sweethearts, alone or in your rooms with flatmates, at the bus-stop or airports, when its rainy or sunny day....

  2. writing down tips that describe "Recipe" for choosen activity-suggestion: describing their #BeActive way

  3. take a photo of their friends/colleagues/family who they have encouraged to try out the "Be Active Recipe"

  4. AND/OR to show us themselves how it works.
